The Noseto Neno 210mm is a high-performance chef knife crafted from 3-layer clad steel with a 10Cr core, offering a perfect balance of sharpness, durability, and traditional aesthetics. 10Cr Carbon Steel Core
The cutting core is hardened to 60–62 HRC, delivering long-lasting sharpness and excellent edge retention. The 15° cutting edge provides ultra-precise slicing and a smooth, effortless cut every time.
Finely Processed Blade Surface
The blade’s surface is beautifully polished and finely treated to resist rust and corrosion. Its minimal maintenance and reliable sharpness make it suitable for both professional chefs and serious home cooks.
Classic Japanese Handle
The handle features a traditional octagonal design made from red wood and buffalo horn, combining comfort, aesthetics, and secure grip. It’s balanced and ergonomic for extended use.
