67-Layer Damascus Steel
Crafted with a high-performance VG-10 core steel, hardened to 60 HRC and wrapped in 67 layers of Damascus for strength, beauty, and long-lasting edge retention.

Efficient Cutting Power
The 180mm blade is thin and sharp, honed to a 15° angle per side, allowing for precise, low-resistance slicing. Great for everyday use in both home and professional kitchens.

Polished Blade Finish
Smooth surface resists rust and corrosion. Rounded spine and heel enhance comfort during extended use.

Ciricote Wood Handle
