Crafted with a 3-layer clad steel construction and a 10Cr carbon steel cutting core, the blade achieves a Rockwell hardness of 60–62 HRC. It holds a sharp edge over time and offers excellent strength, toughness, and resistance to rust when properly cared for.
Precision Cutting
The 135mm blade is sharpened to a 15° cutting angle, delivering clean, effortless cuts with every motion. Its thin profile and responsive edge make it ideal for precise kitchen tasks.
Durable Blade Finish
The blade surface is finely polished to enhance corrosion resistance and durability. It maintains a clean, elegant look with minimal maintenance.
