Designed for precision tasks such as peeling, trimming, and delicate slicing, this compact utility knife features advanced non-stick performance thanks to a fluorine resin-coated VG10 core blade.

Non-Stick VG10 Core Blade
The fluorine resin coating paired with a hammered finish creates a smooth, low-friction surface that prevents food from sticking. The high-grade VG10 stainless steel core, hardened to 60–62 HRC, ensures excellent edge retention, surpassing the performance of conventional Chrome Molybdenum knives like those from MAC.
