This versatile chef’s knife features a non-stick fluorine resin coating combined with a hammered finish, delivering unmatched cutting smoothness and food release performance.

Non-Stick VG10 Core Blade
The KUROKAGE series uses a VG10 high-carbon stainless steel core, hardened to 60–62 HRC, for excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. The hammered texture paired with a fluorine resin coating minimizes food adhesion and enhances cutting efficiency—surpassing the performance of standard MAC non-stick knives.

Fluorine Resin Coating + Hammered Finish
The combination of non-stick coating and a hammered concave-convex surface helps food slide off easily, reducing friction and improving speed and precision in prep work.
