Noseto Neno 210mm Kiritsuke is made of 3 layers clad steel with 10Cr core carbon Steel, cutting core at 60-62 Rockwell hardness, 15 degrees cutting edge, the edge is super sharp, extraordinary performance and perfect grain.


10Cr core carbon Steel ensure exceptional strength, durability and stain resistance. it has a strong toughness, it is rust resistance, can be kept in a long time sharp, whether chopping meat, fish, vegetables, or fruit each piece is sliced with precision. No squishing. No tearing.
