Compact Precision for Poultry and General Prep Work

The Noseto Neno 150mm is a hand-forged utility knife crafted from 3-layer clad steel with a 10Cr carbon steel core. Designed in a traditional Japanese honesuki shape, it excels at breaking down poultry and handling small, detailed prep tasks. Whether used as a boning knife or a versatile petty, it offers extraordinary cutting performance in a compact form.

10Cr Carbon Steel Core

Refined Blade Finish
Finely polished surface resists rust and corrosion, enhancing durability and aesthetics. The 3-layer clad construction balances strength and flexibility for lasting performance.
