Dual-Sided Knife Leather Strop with Compound
Restore Razor-Sharp Edges with Precision and Care

Designed for high-hardness, high-sharpness kitchen knives, this premium leather strop is crafted with a solid walnut wood base and dual-sided tanned cowhide. Whether you're restoring edge sharpness or maintaining a polished finish, this strop delivers professional results at home.

Made for Precision Stropping
Custom-developed for high-end knives, the strop quickly restores sharpness while preserving blade integrity ideal for Japanese and carbon steel kitchen knives.

Dual-Sided Cowhide Design
Features a coarse KOYO green face pre-coated with abrasive compound and a 10000-grit smooth side for fine polishing and burr removal. Alternate between the two for effective edge maintenance.

North American Walnut Base
Solid walnut base offers a sturdy, stable platform with fine grain and excellent durability. Rounded and chamfered corners provide a smooth, comfortable grip.

Large Stropping Surface
The generous stropping area gives more room to work with longer blades and ensures even contact across the edge.

Instructions for Use

  • Use the green side (coarse) first to restore dull edges with a light pulling motion.

  • Clean the blade and switch to the smooth side (fine) to polish and finish.

  • Always strop by pulling the spine forward, never edge-first.
